You've heard this from me before. Keep a pair of socks in your car for emergency mittens. Clearing the windshield ... pumping gas ... you name it. You'll be glad to have them on hand (pun intended)!

A great way to start this December is with a gratitude journal. It can be a sheet of paper or a full-blown monthly journal, but write something you're grateful for each day or perhaps something you've accomplished. Your new gratitude mindset will keep you flying high during this month's stressful moments!
Your summer fertilizer spreader can work great on your sidewalks in winter. Place sand inside instead of fertilizer and run it up and down the walk. Be sure to adjust the spreader to accommodate for your sand's grain size. Safe sidewalks assured!
It's traveling season. A hoodie works well for a laundry hamper when on the road. Tie up the hood (and sometimes the sleeves) and turn upside down. Stuff it full before heading off to the laundry facilities (or stuff it in your suitcase to avoid soiling the inside). Life made easier!
When pouring from a container, you can keep it from burping by having the opening on the HIGH side. It seems counter-intuitive, but it allows better airflow into the carton or jug. Try it, and you'll see that it works!
