Indoor heated air is often very dry, and with the cold outside, we don't get as thirsty as in summer. Make a point to stay hydrated. Water is great, but if you need more temptation, try a herbal tea or a flavored infusion and watch your energy rebound!



To prepare for indoor repotting, now is the time to prepare your clay pots. You can return them to like new with an overnight soak and a steel wool pad. Soak in a solution of 16:1 water and white vinegar to make your job easier!
