There are SO MANY tasty cookies to bake! How can you choose? I like to plan on one cookie a month ... as many batches as I like, but only one type per month. My favorites are ones I can prepare in large batches, cook a dozen or so, and freeze the rest (often 5-6 dozen). Then, each Sunday morning (or more often if I get the munchies), I pop another dozen in the oven for a fresh tasty treat! Using a Cookie Planner Calendar helps me have the correct ingredients on hand when the month starts. When I find a recipe that looks especially good, I print it out and clip it to the back of the calendar and write it in as the next Cookie of the Month in the next empty slot!

How many times have you shown up at the store only to realize your coupons were at home? Practice mindfulness with a Mindfulness Pouch. Tuck the things you think you'll need insidefor future outings. Make a list on the outside of what's inside, and be sure to grab it each time you leave on an errand. You'll have everything you need with you!

What? Peanut butter? Yes! Mix a small bowl of peanut butter and honey (so creamy!) and surround it with fruit. Dip the fruit into your peanut butter and honey as a topping and enjoy!

Using poster board, encourage your kiddos (and your spouse, too) to cut out and add holiday inspiration using crafting glue. Scalloped scissors make it fun (but aren't necessary). Don't be afraid to paste over early entries as the poster board fills up! (The fun part is seeing what they choose to cover and leave exposed as the month goes on.)

Well, a cookie recipe, that is! Choose one that will challenge you. You might even find you've discovered a new holiday favorite!
