Have your coworkers save their synthetic cork stoppers for you. Drill a small hole about halfway through the cork, then slip it on your tube of partially used caulk. The seal will be airtight.

Kids leave everything in their pockets, and some of it will eventually make it to the dryer. For melted crayon, toss in old towels and run the dryer on high.
