With summer winding down, our activity level can decrease. Don't let it! Aerobic excercise is moving our large muscles. Dancing will do it, or bicycling, running, or walking. Get out there!

Most places are still warm enough for shorts and tees. Rain? Not a worry - you'll dry. Best perk? September crowds are thinner, and you might have your destination to yourself!

September's leaves like to fill your gutters. Now's the time to blast them out for a safe, drip-free fall season. No worries when the rain comes ... with leaf-free gutters!

Have a fun "drive" day with your kids. Tape a small circle on the floor, provide a paper plate for a "steering wheel," and give them driving directions. They must stay within their "dot" while following your directions to go faster, turn, stop, skid, go uphill ... or down. The faster you call directions, the more fun they will have!

What do you touch? With the kids back in school, take time to disinfect any places little fingers might land (big ones, too!). Have them wash their hands as soon as they get home so school germs stay at school! Smile at them when they follow through!
