Your houseplants, of course. March is the best time to divide and repot your houseplants. They will have time to settle in before moving them outdoors at the end of April for their summer vacation in the sun!



We tend to be harsher with ourselves than with others in our internal monologues. Try phrasing your internal dialogue about yourself in a positive light using only kind words. "Everyone has a slipup," not, "You idiot." "You're a salad girl today," rather than, "Can't you ever stop eating?" You are special, so rejoice in being YOU!


Onions and chives are great for those of you who cannot wait to start planting! They are among the hardiest of cold-tolerant plants. Start them indoors and transplant them as soon as you can work the soil. Happy eating come summer!


Pictures are great for grabbing people's attention in social media posts. Hint: check the size of your images before posting. You want the entire image to show up. Some online social sites will auto-crop large images. Generally, in pixels, 1000x500 is a good bet.


Whether driving, at your desk, or watching TV, keep a glass of water to sip on. Covered or perhaps with a straw to keep your hydro fresh ... iced or lukewarm ... it's good for YOU!
