I know I bring this up from time to time, but a gratitude list is a great way to get over November's sometimes gloomy days. Using a bound journal is a great idea, as it allows you to review the good things you can be grateful for in your days. Write down one thing each day (or more if you're having an especially good day). Look back through them when you're down and remind yourself that life can be good, and it can be good to YOU!
